Return Eligibility
We take great pride in the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or faulty upon receipt.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@lfsports.co.uk. You will need to provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take several days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our business, personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable, unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival. This includes embroidered uniforms, customized t-shirts, and any other items that have been altered specifically for you.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately via email at info@lfsports.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
